Role Summary

A Wellness Ambassador will play a vital role in promoting exceptional customer experiences that foster lasting relationships and drive business growth.

  • They will collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and branch objectives, providing exceptional service to walk-in customers and responding to telephone enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • They will promote and follow up on membership renewals to ensure continuity of services, developing and maintaining strong rapport with existing and potential members through regular communication and tailored support.
  • They will stay up-to-date on promotional activities and effectively communicate these to members, accurately recording attendance for classes or treatments provided.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and branch objectives.
  2. Provide exceptional service to walk-in customers and respond to telephone enquiries promptly and professionally.
  3. Promote and follow up on membership renewals to ensure continuity of services.
  4. Develop and maintain strong rapport with existing and potential members through regular communication and tailored support.
  5. Stay up-to-date on promotional activities and effectively communicate these to members.
  6. Accurately record attendance for classes or treatments provided.
The Ideal Candidate
  • No prior work experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities.
  • A genuine interest in fitness and/or spa services is essential.
  • Sales and service orientation are crucial skills for success in this role.
  • Self-motivation and a team player attitude are highly valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills enable effective communication and build trust with members.
  • Willingness to work a variety of retail hours, including weekends, is required.
