Key Audit Manager Position

Audit Managers are sought after professionals who oversee a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. They serve as the primary liaison between the firm and its clients, providing timely responses to client inquiries and maintaining regular contact throughout the audit process.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of audit clients across diversified industries.
  • Act as the main liaison point between the firm and clients, responding to client inquiries in a timely manner and maintaining regular contact throughout the audit process.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and identify business development opportunities.
  • Ensure that audit assignments are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare monthly forecasted billings and manage cash collection.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve technical competencies and efficient performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA Australia).
  • At least 5 years of experience in public accounting, preferably with Big 4 experience.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients, including both multinational corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises.
  • Strong initiative, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of local and international accounting principles and financial reporting frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
