Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer/AI R&D Engineer to join our team. This role involves participating in the core development and integration of large language model (LLM) projects, designing and implementing model research, fine-tuning, or deployment tasks based on Transformer architecture.

The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with mainstream LLM architectures, practical usage or development experience, and proficiency in at least one AI framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. They should also be skilled in one or more programming languages such as Python or Java, with familiarity with AI IDEs and tools like Cursor, WindSurf, etc.

Apart from technical skills, the candidate should be able to build agentic AI systems by integrating API calls, contextual memory, and reasoning capabilities to accomplish complex tasks. They should also be able to collaborate closely with the product team to deploy AI solutions in real-world business scenarios.

Qualifications
  • Education & Background: Graduates from National University of Singapore(NUS), Singapore Management University (SMU) or Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with majors in Computer Science or related fields are preferred.
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree: Preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong familiarity with LLM architectures: With practical usage or development experience.
  • Proficiency in AI frameworks: At least one AI framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Programming skills: Skilled in one or more programming languages such as Python or Java.
  • Experience in building AI agent projects: Using LangChain, MCP protocol, etc.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, etc.
