About the Role

As a Water Tank Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for performing annual cleaning of water tanks under the supervision of a licensed plumber.

Key duties include:

  • Conducting confined space entry and working in accordance with safety regulations and procedures;
  • Carrying out repair and replacement tasks on taps, faucets, water closets (WCs), urinal sensors, sanitary fittings, and accessories;
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and piping within confined spaces;
  • Maintaining accurate records of cleaning, maintenance, and repair activities;
  • Operating cleaning and plumbing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

This role requires experience in plumbing and sanitary maintenance, preferably in confined space environments. A Confined Space Supervisor Training certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine cleaning tasks to maintain the integrity of water tanks and associated plumbing systems;
  • Carrying out repairs and replacements as required to ensure optimal performance of plumbing systems;
  • Collaborating with licensed plumbers and supervisors to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
