Deutsche Lufthansa AG is seeking an experienced Regional Commercial Director Asia Joint Venture to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective coordination of sales activities related to the joint venture and partnership topics. This includes further developing commercial cooperation between LHG and JV, process harmonization, integration, creating synergies from a sales perspective, and representing sales interests with interfaces and actively participating in the decision-making process.
Additionally, the Regional Commercial Director Asia Joint Venture will foster close collaboration and information exchange with internal and external interfaces, initiate and coordinate communication measures in the JV/partnership environment, and serve as the primary contact person and counterpart to the JV partner for sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Masters degree in business administration, economics or equivalent required;
- Min. 6 years of relevant professional experience in sales or other commercial processes (network, revenue management, distribution, alliances);
- Very good knowledge of the global airline industry and Lufthansa Group;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with business fluency in English;
- Excellent strategic and conceptual thinking skills;
- High intercultural competency/experience, confidence in the international field;
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, high commitment, and resilience in high-pressure situations;
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver results within tight deadlines;
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €120,000 per year, relocation assistance, and a dynamic work environment.
