Event Management Career Advancement Opportunities

Career opportunities exist for skilled Event Managers in our dynamic organization.
As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of all event documentation and coordinating with Sales and property departments to ensure consistent high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage event logistics and operations, ensuring seamless transitions between sales, service, and back to sales.
- Coordinate with customers, Sales, and property departments to maximize revenue opportunities through up-selling and offering enhancements.
- Lead formal pre- and post-event meetings, facilitating group needs and feedback communication.
- Assist in the sales process, revenue forecasting, and product upselling throughout the event process.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in upscale luxury hotels, or a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field, with at least 1 year of experience in event management or a related area.
- Excellent customer service skills, with ability to deliver exceptional service and empower employees to do the same.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to integrate current trends in event management and design.
