Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with data analysts to deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and analyses on time.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain best practice data warehouse solutions and data models for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Develop and maintain standardized schema and data definitions across the organization.
  • Implement automated data quality management processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data sources and artifacts to support self-service capabilities across the organization.
  • Build and enforce processes for data retention and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to develop core datasets for operational and exploratory analysis.
  • Work with business teams to analyze and document structural requirements for new systems and applications, designing conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts.
  • Establish best practice data governance to foster a data-informed organization.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems, advancing the organization's data maturity.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the data warehouse through regular testing, troubleshooting, and the integration of new features.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • With 5-8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Presto, Hive, and Spark.
  • Strong understanding of database structure principles, data mining, and ETL processes.
  • Expertise in data architecture, data modeling, schema design, and effective data management.
  • Proven experience in querying and working with large datasets.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with business and product teams.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing system requirements.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or equivalent).
