Senior Insolvency and Restructuring Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at DHA+ PAC as a Senior Insolvency and Restructuring Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations, as well as reviewing and drafting reports and documents for Courts and creditors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations
- Review and draft reports and documents for Courts and creditors
- Review and analyse financial information
- Stakeholder relations, including managing client or creditor inquiries, and keeping relevant parties informed on progress and expected outcomes
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Able to work effectively under stress and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and strong foundation in mathematics and/or accounting
- Strong financial, business and reporting skills; and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
The successful candidate will be working in a CBD office location, within walking distance from Raffles MRT. We welcome overseas applicants and offer a dynamic and challenging work environment.
