Production Graphic Designer
The Production Graphic Designer is a critical role in our team, responsible for creating and reviewing final artwork, copy, layouts, and content for creative projects. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to work effectively with the Graphic Design team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Graphic Design team to finalize graphics, refine design specifications, and prepare Final Artwork (FA)
- Prepare Final Artwork for printing independently
- Review graphics, layouts, fonts before designs are completed
- Prepare press-ready files based on supplied specifications
- Suggest and make improvements to images, image quality in print and digital formats
- Generate line art/technical drawings when required (on-site measurements)
- Catalog produced images and graphics for export and archiving
- Follow up with contractors to ensure expectations are met
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BA in Graphic Design with minimum 3 years of graphic design or similar experience in an agency or in-house setting
- Strong knowledge and techniques of graphic design & layout, printing processes
- Keen attention to detail and experience in preparing Final Artwork for print
- Good knowledge of fabrication techniques and material standards
- Adobe CS Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), MS Office or Google Input tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and illustrative)
