Role Summary

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager.


Main Objectives
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer decision maker's strategies, priorities, and needs
  • Maintain a solid understanding of our propositions to initiate conversations and raise interest
  • Build and embed a long-term trusted advisor relationship within accounts
  • Drive growth by rapidly expanding our footprint within accounts
  • Maintain overall customer engagement and expand and retain managed net revenue
  • Coordinate all commercial activities within accounts, owning the end-to-end customer relationship
  • Drive efficiency in account administration (especially for lower value and growth potential accounts)
  • Manage internal and external partners and maintain networks to close deals

Requirements
  • Established track record in driving growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of customers and their business model and workflows
  • Solid experience in Financial Services Industry
  • Industry experience within the customer segment
  • Strong product knowledge
  • Ability to build relationships while collaborating and sharing knowledge with clients
  • Selling skills (identity, develop and articulate a complex proposition/consultative selling)
  • Strong ability to work with clients and come to terms on agreements
