About the Role

As an Associate Director, Client Services, Treaty Reinsurance, you'll be responsible for leading and managing the Service Advocacy functions for our Treaty Clients in Asia. This will involve:

  • Leading and managing the Service Advocacy functions for our Treaty Clients in Asia, including day-to-day issues and matters.
  • Ensuring technical accounts and claims are processed, monitored, collected, and settled as per contract terms and procedures.
  • Supporting claims negotiation and settlement of claims.
  • Supporting carrier meetings for matters relating to Client Services.
  • Proactively monitoring outstanding balances with the Credit Control team, identifying factors that might impact collections, and establishing solutions.
  • Identifying market trends and insights essential to better decision-making for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generating management reporting and presenting data-driven insights relating to Client Services functions.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong understanding of reinsurance contracts and technical accounting & claims matters. You'll need:

  • 8+ years' experience leading teams in reinsurance/insurance technical accounting or claims space.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple and effective way.
  • Strong presentation skills to both external and internal stakeholders, leading meetings, defining objectives, and delivering service level agreements.
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to maintain positive, professional relationships across numerous territories.
  • People management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel when required.
