About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the CORENET submission process, guiding technical direction and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural submissions, coordinating with teams to craft and refine package designs.
  • Guide project teams in implementing adjustments, harmonizing design packages with authority feedback and code requirements.
  • Maintain oversight on document revisions, preserving quality and consistency of deliverables.
  • Assume responsibility for project areas as needed, steering design elements to align with statutory regulations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in architectural or professional engineering consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of Corenet submission processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work effectively with external stakeholders and key partners.

Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
