  • Building relationships with guests to ensure their complete satisfaction
  • Order taking and menu recommendation
  • Serving food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Up-selling products based on your product knowledge
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction through proactive service operations

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guest Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with guests to understand their needs and preferences
  • Menu Recommendation: Provide expert advice on menu items to enhance the dining experience
  • Service Delivery: Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Upselling: Recommend additional products to guests based on your product knowledge
  • Service Operations: Proactively monitor and improve service operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
