Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing complex civil and structural drawings and building plans for client approval.

This includes coordinating with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and permits, making electronic submissions to authorities, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review civil and structural drawings and building plans for client approval
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies for ST/BP/TOP/CSC approvals and site inspection works
  • Make all electronic submissions to authorities, liaise with authorities to obtain approval
  • Support design development during the planning stage and detailed design stage and construction stage
  • Undertake project coordination and contract administration works
  • Provide training to junior staff
  • Ensure conformance to quality assurance systems
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in drafting works with engineering consultants or contractors in Singapore
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with BIM and Euro code detailing
