About the Role:
PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Enterprise Sales Development Manager to drive business growth and sales revenue in our Enterprise Business Group. This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with distributors and channel partners to maximize sales performance, expand the sales funnel, and foster strong business partnerships.

As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with distributors and channel partners to accelerate sales performance, deliver value to customers, and manage enterprise solution sales. You will play a crucial role in defining and executing partner sales plans, driving programs, and ensuring that targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with distribution partners to meet sales targets
  • Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline in collaboration with channel partners
  • Provide training and sales support to maximize partner sales potential
  • Work with marketing to drive programs and events for lead generation
  • Manage enterprise solution sales and oversee the RFP process
  • Provide weekly reports on pipeline, forecasts, and sales progress
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Attend sales meetings and industry events to build relationships

Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, and 3-5 years of sales experience with a strong network of distributors and channel partners. You should have proven knowledge of the ICT industry, with a focus on sales processes and forecasting. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
