About the Role

PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable IT infrastructure solutions to support banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions to support banking operations, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
  • Manage physical and virtual servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee network infrastructure, including firewalls, and implement security measures to protect sensitive banking data.
  • Ensure infrastructure complies with industry regulations and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Automate routine tasks and continuously optimize system performance for high availability.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to integrate technologies and support banking applications.
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation and generate performance and compliance reports.
  • Provide training to IT staff and actively share knowledge to promote best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience in Unix/Linux systems' administration, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Experience in middleware installation and configuration (Apache, iPlanet, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere).
  • Experience in troubleshooting AIX/Linux, middleware-based environments.
  • Experience in SSL setup, encryption, and security.
  • Experience in application deployment processes and tools such as Jenkins, Aldon, etc.
  • Experience in automation and continuous integration (CICD).
  • Good scripting skills, including UNIX Shell Scripting and Groovy.
  • Good networking knowledge.
  • Knowledge of IBM MQ, Connect Direct, FTP/SFTP, and Oracle DB is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of databases, load balancers, and networking.
