Data Network Engineer

Develop a network platform to provide accurate and real-time metrics reflecting the status and trends of the network.


Key Responsibilities Include:
• Develop and improve datacenter network monitoring services, and optimize network data collection and visualization tools.
• Create network alert systems using trained algorithms to detect anomalies in real-time. Collaborate with engineers to develop fault diagnosis systems and provide troubleshooting analysis services for the business.
• Utilize network metadata to build a data platform providing insights into network performance and trends.
Qualifications Include:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering preferred; Master's or Ph.D. with networking research experience is a plus.

Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, or Python, and capability to read and understand others. At least two years of hands-on experience in network monitoring and alarm systems, including an in-depth understanding of networking protocols and the TCP/IP stack.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Practical or research experience in network monitoring and alert systems, along with a strong foundation in big data processing.

Familiarity with switch monitoring technologies such as Telemetry, SNMP, Syslog, sFlow, Erspan, INT, etc. is beneficial.
