Product Operations Strategy Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join the Trust & Safety Operations Intelligence Team at TikTok, where you will play a critical role in enhancing operation efficiency and safety through strategic and automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an intelligence-led approach to moderation efficiency, platform optimization, and BPO system solutions.
- Collaborate with algorithm, product, engineering, and frontline teams to drive strategy implementation and system optimization.
- Identify and mitigate content risks, improving moderation quality and efficiency.
- Plan and execute moderation task identification, moderator capability model identification, and moderation task assignment mechanisms.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Proven experience in strategy, supply-demand resource matching, system intelligence, and large model backend applications.
- Strong ability to improve business metrics, simplify decision-making processes, and shorten business workflows through strategies, models, algorithms, and decision systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English, along with strong regional/global stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in audio and video/image/content moderation.
- Experience or strong knowledge of data modeling or Large Language Model.
