Job Title: R&D Innovator

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Innovator to lead the development of new food products, recipes, and menu items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Innovation: Conceptualize, develop, and refine new food products, recipes, and menu items that meet scalability and cost-effectiveness goals within established timelines.
  • Recipe Optimization: Conduct sensory evaluation to enhance recipe formulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect the quality of ingredients and techniques to ensure consistency in product results and portion control across all outlets.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with food and beverage trends and consumer demands/preferences.
  • Training Support: Deliver training to managers on update changes/new developments with specific SOPs and guide new staff on proper storage and handling of food-related items.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of culinary arts and food science.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
