Job Title: Software Architect and Team Lead
">We are seeking a seasoned software architect to lead our team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications. This role requires a strong background in software development lifecycle management, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading remote teams, driving projects forward within scope and timeline, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
A successful software architect will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing web applications with clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Developing and implementing front-end and back-end designs, focusing on user experience and functionality.
- Performing code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring high-quality code standards.
- Leading a remote development team, driving projects forward within scope and timeline.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years of industry experience in software development lifecycles.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript), and NodeJS.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Svelte, and programming languages such as JavaScript and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in database management systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and web application architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
