Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Engineer to join our team in Singapore.

About the Position:

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in service engineering, technical support, and/or operations coordination with a focus on mechatronics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support, data collection, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the optimal operation of autonomous vehicles.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and management teams to facilitate coordination between technical tasks and operational requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous records of troubleshooting procedures, data collection findings, and maintenance activities performed on the buses.
  • Generate detailed reports outlining identified issues, recommended solutions, and actions taken for each maintenance task or diagnostic analysis.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimally a diploma in relevant Engineering field with equivalent work experience, with a focus on mechatronics preferred.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in service engineering, technical support, and/or operations coordination.
  • Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu) environment.
  • Good understanding of Class 4 autonomous buses equipped with SAE Level 4 autonomy, including sensor technology, control systems, and software.
  • Proficiency in Level 1 troubleshooting, data collection methodologies, and coordination of maintenance activities for Class 3 and 4 vehicles and electronics equipment.
