We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst, Relationship Manager Support Specialist to join our team at Mizuho Bank. As a key member of our Business Control and Coordination (BCS) section, you will play a critical role in providing business support to Relationship Managers and corporate clients on banking-related applications and transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and document credit applications, Bankers' Guarantees, and other financial documents as required by customers.
  • Support marketing staff in dealing with banking transactions, including inter-branch and external parties.
  • Collaborate with marketing staff to reduce and complete items under provisional transaction within predetermined deadlines.
  • Communicate and support colleagues to achieve department goals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and internal rules to safeguard the Bank's interests.
  • Assist and coordinate with marketing staff in handling and completing requests related to customers' banking transactions.
  • Manage transactional problems and recommend solutions to marketing staff, team leaders, section heads, and management.
  • Make sound recommendations to section heads and management based on clear logic.
  • Train and share knowledge with junior support staff.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by Team Head, Section Head, or Management.
Requirements
  • A meticulous and positive attitude.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Some experience as a Relationship Manager Support Specialist.
