**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior/Patient Service Associate in our Specialist Outpatient Clinic.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality front-line and administrative services to patients, including answering phone calls, arranging appointments, and processing payments.
Additional responsibilities include chaperoning patients and doctors during consultations, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional front-line and admin services to patients
- Chaperone patients and doctors during consultations
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Perform administrative tasks as required
Working Hours: Office hours, 5.15 days per week (1 half Saturday every 4 weeks)
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
