Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Interior Space Coordinator to lead the coordination of interior decoration projects for commercial offices. This role involves overseeing project submissions and work processes to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with landlords, management, and clients to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong project management skills and experience in office renovation. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Requirements:
  • Experience in Office Renovation.
  • Knowledge of Building Management (Preferred).
  • Safety Supervisor Certificate or relevant certificates.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently, safely, and within regulatory guidelines. They will also play a key role in identifying and mitigating potential risks, and in collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
