Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sport Operations Specialist to join our team.

The Sport Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring smooth facilities operations, safety management and service excellence delivery to our members.

Duties will include attending to guest enquiries, handling public feedback, processing refunds and assisting with daily bookings of respective facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth facilities operations, safety management and service excellence delivery to our members
  • Attend to guest enquiries, handle public feedback, process refunds and assist with daily bookings of respective facilities
  • Perform daily reconciliation of accounts and ensure compliance to financial standard operating procedures
  • Enforce swimming pool rules and regulations to ensure water safety
  • Support swimming pool pump room operations and work with the Facilities Management team to ensure pump room equipment are functional
  • Assist in land rescue, through administering first aid/CPR/AED and care for the victim if required
  • Conduct simple fitness and exercise programmes
  • Liaise with external instructors, ensuring adequate time is catered for members to sign up for programmes
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Fitness Studies/Sports Management is advantageous
  • A valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) credential is advantageous
  • Customer-centric with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong standards towards customer safety in line with our SOP
  • Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays
  • Well-organised and able to multi-task
