Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and customer service, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of cleaners.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for scheduling and assigning duties to cleaners, ensuring that they are carried out expertly. They will also be responsible for providing training on the use of cleaning machines and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

In addition, the Operations Manager will assist the Manager in establishing cleaning standards and procedures, and ensure adherence to these standards. They will also be the first point of contact for customers and complaints, and will work to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work well under pressure. They will also have the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to work midnight shift
  • Able to Standby 24x7, Must be able to report for work on short notice at times
  • Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays
  • Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily
  • Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients
  • At least 1 year's experience in similar role in cleaning sector
