Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Specialist

We seek an accomplished Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Specialist to lead the development and maintenance of scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust environments for building, testing, tracking production AI models and data across data pipelines used in primary and secondary genomic analysis.
  • Develop expertise in AI/ML model development within a consistent environment, automating training and data/model management.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in machine learning and operations, preferably in a hands-on MLOps role.
  • Experience deploying APIs and packages.
  • Familiarity with ML ops platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, dask, rapids.ai, Ray).
  • Knowledge of ML frameworks (Tensorflow, keras, Pytorch, xgboost, sklearn).
  • Strong Python programming skills - experience with unit testing, code reviews, version control.
Favorable Skills:
  • DevOps Engineer with AI/ML expertise.
  • Bioinformatics Engineer with AI/ML ops related experience.
  • AI/ML Engineer with DevOps background.
