AI Video Content Specialist

This role involves creating high-quality microlearning and explainer content that supports staff training, onboarding, and system adoption. The successful candidate will produce engaging, short AI-assisted videos using tools like Synthesia.io and ChatGPT.
The primary focus of this role is to create instructional content that meets MOE learning objectives, style guidelines, and tone of voice. The candidate must be able to work independently and manage production timelines effectively.
A strong understanding of microlearning principles, learner-focused design, and instructional design is essential for this position. Experience with AI video production tools, scripting, and storyboarding is also highly desirable.
