Job Title: Education Professional

We are seeking a dedicated educator to play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and futures of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Class Leadership: Take charge of a class of 12 students, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and implement engaging curricula that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.
  • Afterschool Activities: Manage daily afterschool activities, ensuring students have access to a wide range of extracurricular opportunities.
  • Communication: Communicate with parents/guardians on students' academic and welfare matters, providing regular updates and support.
  • Student Wellbeing: Address students' emotional and welfare needs, promoting a positive and nurturing school culture.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to plan holiday workshops and activities, enhancing students' learning experiences.
  • Support Services: Assist and facilitate other job functions to support operations, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • PASSION FOR WORKING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN: A passion for working with children aged 7-12, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A creative and collaborative spirit, with a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
  • Motivation and Self-Improvement: A motivation to self-improve and better the team, driving excellence in all aspects of education.
  • Education and Experience: A degree or postgraduate diploma in education, with some experience in teaching, tutoring, childcare, or student care environments.
  • Tutoring Capacity: Adequate capacity to tutor or assist students on all subjects, providing individualized support and guidance.
