Job Title: Change Maker for Mental Health Advocacy

The estimated salary for this position is SGD 45,000 - 65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

Campaign Development & Execution

Influencing mental health literacy and public attitudes requires strategic campaign development and execution. As a Change Maker for Mental Health Advocacy, you will design and implement campaigns that drive change and increase publicity.

Stakeholder Engagement

You will build relationships with agencies, partners, media, and community leaders to amplify the voices of people with lived experience of mental health challenges.

Public Awareness & Outreach

You will develop content and materials to raise awareness about mental health issues and create events to promote advocacy goals.

Fundraising Strategy

A comprehensive fundraising plan is essential to securing resources for our programs. You will develop and implement individual giving, corporate partnerships, grant applications, and events strategies.

Digital Fundraising

You will manage digital platforms to run fundraising campaigns and optimize social media and email campaigns.

Fundraising Events

You will plan and execute fundraising events, including budgeting, logistics, and staff participation.

Donor Management

You will identify and cultivate potential donors and sponsors, building and maintaining relationships to ensure regular communication and appreciation.

Reports

You will prepare and deliver impact reports to donors, analyzing fundraising metrics to assess impact and progress for leadership.

Collaboration

You will work closely with program teams to align advocacy and fundraising goals with organizational priorities.

Project Management

You will assume responsibility for assigned projects and initiatives, coordinating with vendors and service providers as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field

A relevant field such as social sciences, public relations, nonprofit management, or communications is required.

Experience in Communications, Advocacy, Fundraising, Community Partnerships

At least two years of experience in communications, advocacy, fundraising, community partnerships, or similar roles within the nonprofit or mental health sector.

Grant Writing and Corporate Sponsorship Strategies

Knowledge of grant writing and corporate sponsorship strategies is essential.

Digital Tools for Content Creation, Fundraising, and Advocacy

Proficiency in digital tools for content creation, fundraising, and advocacy is required.
