Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in creating accounts and downloading the app
  • Guide customers on using the app and navigating the microsite
  • Help customers with Q-matic system and issuing Q tickets
  • Support SIM and router exchanges and eSIM activations
  • Assist with prepaid top-ups and general inquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide solutions to customer issues in a timely manner.
