Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Master Architect to lead our architectural team and deliver innovative design solutions. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing the project plan, ensuring it meets client requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing project briefs and designing conceptual ideas
  • Presenting designs to clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinating with engineers and designers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Supervising architectural items and shop drawings during construction
  • Preparing and submitting building plans, adhering to relevant codes and regulations

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the industry
  • Proficiency in BIM tools, such as Revit and AutoCAD
  • Experience in Corenet Submission requirements and procedures
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and architecture-related Codes of Practice
