**Event Operations Crew Member**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Operations Crew Member to join our team at PARTY PEOPLE PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event operations, logistics, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including setup, operations, and teardown.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials and equipment.
  • Manage event inventory, including packing and unpacking of event items.
  • Perform purchasing and replenishing of ingredients and office supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • 3A driving license with experience driving a 10ft lorry with tailgate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of adaptability.
  • Comfortable working overtime, public holidays, and weekends as required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new situations and tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in event management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of event planning software and tools.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
