Event Operations Coordinator

This full-time position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in event management.
">Responsibilities:"Venue Management
- Oversee comprehensive venue booking systems and calendar management.
- Implement and maintain detailed documentation procedures for all venue bookings.
- Conduct site tours and presentations for potential clients.
- Ensure venues are properly prepared, maintained, and restored between events.
- Provide on-site or near-site support during events to address immediate needs.
Client Relations
"- Serve as primary point of contact for venue inquiries and bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout the booking process.
- Respond promptly to all client requests, feedback, and concerns.
- Coordinate pre-event meetings and post-event evaluations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule consultations.
No prior experience is required, but experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry, is an asset.
