Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled retail sales professional to fill a key role in our organization. As a retail sales associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact, greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions and manage cash handling.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Manage inventory, including stocktaking and organizing new stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
Requirements:
- Prior work experience in retail or customer service is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems for operating the point of sale (POS) system.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work overtime when required.
