We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of our Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) projects. Your expertise will ensure timely completion, adherence to safety standards, and alignment with industry protocols.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ACMV projects from inception to completion, including planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of site works, installations, and testing & commissioning systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams and manage subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes within established timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards through effective monitoring and control measures.
  • Prepare project documentation, including method statements, reports, and progress updates, to facilitate smooth communication and decision-making.
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and stakeholders to achieve mutual understanding and cooperation.
  • Review and interpret M&E/ACMV drawings and specifications to inform project planning and execution.

Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing ACMV projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in chilled water systems, ducting, ventilation systems, and industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and BIM.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to motivate teams and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with local regulations, standards, and best practices in the ACMV sector.
