CNC Maintenance Professional

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and automation systems with the ability to apply their knowledge in the context of CNC machine maintenance. They will have excellent technical skills and be able to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently.

Job Description
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance procedures on CNC machines to identify potential issues and prevent machine breakdowns.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical and technical problems in machines and equipment.
  • Repair or replace defective parts, components, systems in order to restore machines to their proper functioning.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating, greasing, and cleaning the machines.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts used.
  • Collaborate with other team members and provide assistance and guidance as required.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • NITEC or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, and automation.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, problem-solving and repairing various machines and equipment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to run rotating shifts (Morning and Night Shift).
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance record keeping.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
