Job Overview

The HR Ecology Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Executive Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of construction projects from start to finish.

Salary Information

We offer an attractive salary package of up to $4000 + VB per month, reflecting the company's commitment to compensating its employees fairly based on industry standards and location in Chinatown.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as a Construction Executive Assistant will include:

  • Assisting with invoice management, ensuring timely creation, issue, and tracking of invoices to customers for goods or services sold on credit.
  • FOLLOWING UP on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
  • Reviewing creditworthiness and monitoring customer payment history to inform credit control decisions.
  • Implementing cost-saving measures and monitoring expenses to optimize profitability.
  • Maintaining accurate records of vendor information, including contact details, payment terms, and credit limits.
  • Verifying and processing vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Scheduling and processing payments to vendors in a timely and correct manner.
  • Reconciling vendor accounts and bank statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

HUMAN RESOURCES DUTIES

In addition to your construction-related responsibilities, you will also be expected to perform various human resources duties, including:

  • Processing payroll on a regular basis to ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
  • Managing employees' time and attendance records, including overtime, sick leave, and vacation time.
  • Administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Managing the company's employees' CPF contribution.
  • Ensuring compliance with CPF regulations and requirements.
  • Assisting with work pass applications and renewals.
  • Managing employee files, including personal information, employment contracts, performance reviews, and attendance records.
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and protecting employee personal information.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum Diploma qualification.
  • A minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
