Our ideal candidate for the Fabric Craftsman position will possess exceptional sewing skills and be able to work efficiently with industrial equipment. The role involves a range of tasks, including sewing fabric air ducts, performing alterations when necessary, inspecting air ducts for compliance with industry standards, and meeting product delivery deadlines in accordance with technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality sewing works on fabric air ducts.
  • Make alterations as required to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure air ducts meet industrial safety and quality standards.
  • Deliver products on time, in accordance with technical specifications and company policies.
  • Adhere to workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by superiors.
Requirements
  • Able to demonstrate excellent sewing techniques and operate industrial sewing equipment safely and effectively.
  • Prior experience as a seamstress or equivalent would be an advantage.
  • Have a positive attitude, be coachable, and show a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Be physically fit, have good manual skills, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to work.
