Job Description
The Customer Experience Expert drives sales growth by personally selling across all product categories and delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with our brand vision. This role promotes a high-performance selling culture by inspiring, supporting, and mentoring peers to achieve success.
Main Responsibilities
• Drive top-line store sales and growth through effective selling strategies
• Engage proactively with customers, reading cues and responding accordingly
• Create enthusiasm for selling strategies by inspiring and mentoring others' selling behaviors
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a 5-day workweek and 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour lunch break)
• Display expert product knowledge and take initiative to elevate personal and peer knowledge of product categories
• Meet minimum monthly sales targets and contribute to a sales-driven culture
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for sales
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations
• Passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to share knowledge
