About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs. You will be responsible for identifying new learning requirements for our retail staff and developing or updating On-the-Job training and Standard Operating Procedure manuals.
- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our retail staff, including classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
- Conduct regular shop visits to monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback from customers.
- Plan and conduct competency-based assessments for retail staff and administer staff training records.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our retail staff.
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including On-the-Job training and Standard Operating Procedure manuals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Degree or Diploma in Retail Management or other relevant discipline, preferably with Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment/ Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance.
- At least 2 years of training experience in retail, hospitality, or any other service industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for staff development and a commitment to delivering high-quality training programs.
