Programme CoordinatorThe programme coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating the recovery and reintegration of members into their communities. The role involves coordinating and organizing psycho-social rehab programmes and activities to enhance member participation and engagement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to members in the programme, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Support volunteers involved in various programmes and activities, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance.
  • Assist in implementing and facilitating psycho-educational programmes and activities as planned, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Provide orientation to new members, interns, and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and supported throughout their journey.
  • Coordinate and organize outings, providing opportunities for members to engage in meaningful activities and build connections with others.
  • Offer administrative support, including marking rehab program attendance, work units' attendance, and payments, members' progress report, and collation of feedback forms and documentations.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical team to provide feedback on member participation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance engagement.
