Customer Service Contract Specialist

About the Role:
This sales support role requires strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing orders and managing inventory, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Job Details:
- Contract Duration: Up to 30 June 2025
- Salary: Up to $3,600/month
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine pricing based on contract type, coverage, and discounts
- Ensure accurate cost and revenue account reflection
- Coordinate shipping methods and manage inventory
- Liaise with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing issues
- Participate in improvement initiatives and team activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 years of experience in sales support / order fulfillment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to process high volumes of orders accurately
