Job Overview

Protect and Serve: A Security Officer Role

This role involves providing a safe environment for our clients' premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a commercial building setting with minimal supervision.
  • Offer exceptional customer service skills, communicating effectively with people at all levels.
  • Adhere to 12-hour fixed shifts, no rotation required.
  • Utilize roster plans created by the operations team.
  • PC knowledge is beneficial for this role.
  • Issue visitor/contractor passes, conduct premise patrols, safeguard clients' assets, and manage access control.
  • Hold a valid security license and have completed the WSQ RTT course.
  • Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills.
