Job Description:

The Sales Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth within the hotel, restaurant, and catering sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of the HoReCa market, including industry trends and client needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Identify and target potential clients within the HoReCa sector.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Conduct regular visits and meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
    • Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  3. Product Knowledge & Promotion:
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
    • Promote and demonstrate product benefits and features to clients.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  4. Reporting & Administration:
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
    • Manage client accounts, including order processing, contract management, and after-sales support.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
  5. Customer Service & Support:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
    • Formal education in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the HoReCa sector.
    • Strong understanding of the HoReCa market, including industry trends and client needs.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Salary:
    $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
