Bubble Tea Service Crew Job Opportunity

Job Description

As a bubble tea service crew member, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service by engaging with customers, answering their queries, and ensuring they have a positive experience at our outlet.

You will be responsible for performing various operational tasks, including cashiering, kitchen duties, and tea preparation. You will also participate in shop closing procedures, attend to walk-in customers promptly, maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas, assist with stock taking and recording, and answer incoming calls and manage delivery orders.

The successful candidate will be required to work 6 days a week, with shifts lasting 9 hours, including lunch breaks. You will be rewarded with daily staff drinks and the opportunity to develop new skills through on-the-job training.
