Job Title: Senior Group Fitness Program Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven leader to lead our team in developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

  • Program Development: Responsible for planning, designing, and administering all aspects of the group fitness and instructor training programs.
  • Team Leadership: Supervising the group fitness instructors and operations of the group fitness department to ensure high-quality programming and exceptional customer service.
  • Culture Enhancement: Developing onboarding/orientation programs to cultivate a culture of continuous learning for new instructors.
  • Training and Evaluation: Providing ongoing training, mentoring, and evaluation of group fitness instructors and classes.
  • Partnership Building: Collaborating with Area/ Branch Managers to increase member participation in the group fitness program.
  • Process Improvement: Reviewing, analyzing, and improving business processes and systems to achieve higher productivity and results.
