Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to support the success of our business.

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that align with the company's objectives and goals.
  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production, and manage inventory levels to meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably from F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
