Quantitative Trading Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Trading Specialist to design, develop and maintain ultra-low latency high-frequency trading (HFT) execution engine and order management system.
  • The ideal candidate will optimize entire trade execution path from network layer to application logic to minimize latency at every stage.
  • Responsibilities include implementing enhance and deploying execution algorithms e.g. VWAP TWAP Liquidity Seeking to improve performance and reduce market impact.
  • You will collaborate closely with quantitative researchers to translate complex trading models into robust high-performance production code.
  • Key tasks involve identifying analyzing and resolving system bottlenecks and technical challenges in real-time environment.
  • Opportunities exist to research and integrate new technologies and methodologies to continuously advance trading infrastructure.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in quantitative field such as mathematics statistics computer science or physics.
  • Able to work during core EU business hours which includes mornings and afternoons Monday through Friday.
  • Strong command of modern C++ programming language is required along with solid understanding of data structures algorithms and low-latency optimization techniques.
  • Experience in following areas is highly desirable:
    • Python for scripting and data analysis including libraries NumPy pandas and matplotlib.
    • Financial markets electronic trading or market microstructure including exchange-traded derivatives and over-the-counter instruments.
    • Developing or working within high-performance trading systems which require efficient design and implementation.
    • Kernel bypass networking hardware optimization or Linux systems tuning for maximum performance.
