Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Optometrists to join our retail optical stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales and technical functions, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in achieving sales and profit targets
  • Conduct eye checks, contact lens and frames sales, and ensure timely collections
  • Assist junior staff in sales and customer complaints
  • Attend to customers on sales-related matters and conduct eye refractions
  • Implement in-house policies and carry out housekeeping tasks
  • Dispensing jobs to laboratories and handle customer payments
  • Good knowledge of contact lens refraction and fitting
Requirements
  • Full or Provisional registration with the Singapore Optometrist and Optician Board (OOB)
  • Good knowledge of customer service standards
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Result and sales-oriented attitude
